Depeche Mode frontman Dave Gahan has reunited for a second album as Dave Gahan & Soulsavers, as well as announced a very limited set of six concerts with a 10-piece band at very small and intimate venues in the U.S. and Europe. The album, Angels & Ghosts, is his second collaboration with producer Rich Machin, and it is due out October 23rd. Today happens to be Duran Duran Appreciation Day (#DDAD15), so it seems like an opportune time to make note of their upcoming set of North American concert dates as well as the new album, Paper Gods, due September 10th. Morrissey Coming To The Event Center at San Jose State University with Special Guest Amanda Palmer
Morrissey and his 2015 tour will be coming to the Event Center at San Jose State University on July 25th, with special guest Amanda Palmer. Some health issues led to premature cancellations of tours in recent years, but thus far things seem to be going quite favorably with this current set of dates, which kicked off last month. Aerosmith’s “Blue Army Tour” series of concert events begins June 13th at the Gila River Arena in Arizona, and travels the United States and British Columbia well into August. Four time Grammy winners, they are one of the most exciting rock and roll bands touring today. They come armed with a ton of hits, old and new, that get crowds worked up into a frenzy.
