Natasha Khan, recording and performing as Bat for Lashes, has announced a handful of dates for the start of 2013, supporting the critically acclaimed The Haunted Man, which was released late last year. January and February are host to mostly festival performances in Singapore, New Zealand, and Australia, with some concerts in California and the Pacific Northwest in April, and one date in her Native England in June. They Might Be Giants North American Concert Tour Celebrates 30th Anniversary, New Album ‘Nanobots’, iPhone App
Grammy award-winning prolific alternative duo They Might Be Giants have plotted out their 2013 North American tour (part of a 60-date international tour), which will also mark their 30th anniversary. Kicking off in Maine at the end of February, the band will journey across the United States and Canada through mid-June. Their latest studio album, Nanobots, is due to hit on March 5th, and a 3-song Nanobots EP was just released (find on iTunes and Amazon). Colin Hay, Scottish born and best known as the front man and singer from 80s Australian band Men at Work (best known for their hits “Down Under,” “Overkill,” and “Who Can It Be Now?”), following a festival in Michigan later this month, will be touring his homeland all of February and into March, then visit some of the cities in the West in the U.S. in April, and then his trip to the UK will take him through the end of May. Living Colour to Celebrate 25th Anniversary of “Vivd” with European and U.S. Tour
One of my favorite albums of the 80s was Vivid from the genre defiant rock band, Living Colour. The band will be playing the classic work in its entirety as part of a 25th anniversary celebration, with a handful of special shows throughout Europe and the United States. Lady Gaga’s “Born This Way Ball” Tour Coming To North America In 2013
Lady Gaga recently outlined her “Born This Way Ball” tour dates for North America in 2013. The support of the 2011 album started in Asia last year and she is currently touring Europe and will continue to Latin America and Africa.
